The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication to maximize reimbursements and minimize denials while delivering a positive first impression at our Missouri facilities.

This position typically works M-F, 8:30-5, at 3700 S. Lindbergh, with no weekend shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No Experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred; <2 years experience desired.

• Register patients for hospital visits and appointments; verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule procedures and ensure proper documentation across multiple BJC systems.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and consent requirements; collect applicable payments.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy standards and comply with MSP/JCAHO requirements.
