BJC HealthCare is seeking a Patient Access Representative for Missouri Baptist Sullivan in Outpatient Registration with cross training in the Emergency Department. The role supports patient entry into the facility, ensures accurate demographics and insurance data, and maximizes proper reimbursements while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The position is full-time, weekday schedule with weekend on-call and holiday rotation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with hospital registration and scheduling across multiple systems.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect applicable patient payments where needed.
• Explain prep instructions and financial responsibilities; ensure accurate patient records and MPI accuracy.
