• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out process.
• Answer calls regarding appointments and inquiries.
• Review patient charts for accuracy before appointments.
• Scan and sort documents in EMR system.
• Verify and update insurance information with patients.
• Collect patient payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
