Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of healthcare patient access experience.

Responsibilities

• Admit and schedule patients for Sterling Physical Therapy.
• Conduct insurance verifications and provide financial counseling.
• Explain patient liability and payment options to patients.
• Communicate scheduling changes to patients, staff and physicians.
• Identify payroll authorization and referral requirements when needed.
• Maintain high accuracy while improving workflow and addressing issues.
