Responsibilities

• Gathers and verifies confidential health and financial information to assure payment from insurers.
• Enters new patient data and verifies current records are up-to-date; confirms EHR completeness.
• Collects coinsurances upfront and reconciles daily cash reports.
• Representatives may be assigned to work at all South County locations.
