Responsibilities

• Train in all areas: check in/out, chart auditing, and call center functions.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere through attitude.
• Relay information to internal staff.
• Follow practice procedures for appointment entry and check-out.
• Participate in office meetings and training activities.
• Keep work area neat and orderly.
• Comply with HIPAA procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
