NTO Physician Partners PLLC seeks a Patient Access professional in Grapevine, TX to support patient intake and scheduling across OTX locations. You will train across areas such as check-in/out and chart auditing, while delivering excellent patient service and maintaining HIPAA standards.

Scheduling includes Monday–Thursday 7am–7pm and Friday 7am–2pm with competitive benefits. Travel to all OTX locations is required; cross-training is provided to broaden expertise and career growth within a

Responsibilities

• Train in all areas: Check in/out, Chart Auditing, Call Center functions.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients by listening and appropriately serving patients.
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere through actions and attitude.
• Relay relevant information to internal staff.
• Follow practice procedures for appointment entry, check-in and/or check-out processes.
• Participate in office meetings and educational activities.
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Comply with HIPAA procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
