Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Openness to innovation, including AI.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CRCR Certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site at Mercy - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for hospital services.
• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity and compliance checks.
• Provide patient instructions and collect insurance information.
• Receive and process physician orders and operate the telephone switchboard.
• Meet point-of-service collection goals and conduct account audits for accuracy.
