Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and coordination of patient registration functions to ensure cash flow.
• Develop systems to monitor accuracy and timeliness of registrations.
• Monitor KPIs for Patient Access and report findings to management.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding front end operations.
• Monitor service volume and plan staff accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and third-party payer requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; maintain positive customer service.
• Participate in on-call weekend coverage and department meetings.
