You will work across multiple computer systems to register patients, verify demographics, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates, while collaborating with nurses and care teams. No healthcare background is required—training is provided, and this frontline role offers growth within R1 as you support patient experience and revenue cycle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.
• Pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with high attention to detail.
