Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE or IEP Certificate required.
• 1 year of medical office/hospital experience required or Successful completion of Medical Terminology class (must provide evidence from a recognized institution).

Responsibilities

• Provides entry-level customer service coverage and registration in any point of service area and is responsible for patient information and insurance intake.
• This is the first of three job levels that provide customer service, registration and/or admissions to an assigned point of service area; levels differ by required skills, experience, and responsibility.
