Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Register patients in EMR with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Collect, document, and scan demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and explain delays as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to department standards.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other charges.
• Operate electronic registration tools and stay compliant with hospital policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
