Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a warm and friendly reception.
• Collect, document, and scan required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and explain delays politely.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to department standards.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other obligations.
• Comply with hospital and department policies and Meaningful Use requirements.
• Utilize electronic registration tools as available.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
