Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Registrar to greet patients, complete registrations, and coordinate appointments in a busy hospital and clinic setting. You will answer multi-line calls, route inquiries, and maintain on-call lists per hospital protocol.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare front office preferred.
• Clerical and/or Receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients.
• Complete registration and admissions to hospital and schedules appointments accordingly.
• Update and maintain the doctor on call list.
• Handle incoming calls in timely manner and routes calls accordingly.
• Handle calls for Physicians according to hospital protocol.
• Cross-functional training across department.
• Edits daily registration of all patients in assigned work queues.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
