Responsibilities

• Admit patients and perform pre-registration duties with accuracy.
• Verify insurance, collect demographics and POS information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Operate the switchboard and provide courteous customer service.
• Audit accounts and support POS and billing processes.
