We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry specialist to support our team with various administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating accounts and cases with high accuracy, and assisting with overflow customer service support for other teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Accurately entering data and creating accounts and cases.
2. Updating information in accounts based on medical billing and requirements.
3. Providing customer service support in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, either via telephone or face-to-face.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or customer service is preferable.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding skills.
• Experience working with databases (CRM preferred), such as Salesforce.
• Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching.

Additional information:

Experience working with patients' medical conditions and understanding healthcare challenges is advantageous.
