Job summary

Qualifications

• Zero to two years’ experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests, confirm identity, and provide visit information.
• Process check-in and check-out functions as directed.
• Update patient identification and demographic/insurance information and complete registrations as needed.
• Obtain patient consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-pays, past due balances, and point-of-service payments.
• Post payments and close end-of-day cash drawer.
