Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests, confirm identity, and provide visit information.
• Perform check-in/check-out functions as directed.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients as needed and obtain consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments and process payments.
• Post payments and complete end-of-day cash drawer reconciliation.
• Keep waiting area clean and comfortable.
