The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare management experience, 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and Cerner proficiency. A focus on patient experience and revenue cycle effectiveness is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered with certifications.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, billing, and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for patient registration operations across Memorial Health affiliates.
• Direct daily department activities and monitor performance against metrics.
• Lead process improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital leaders.
• Develop staff, coach performance, and drive engagement.
• Produce operational and financial clearance reports; analyze trends.
• Serve on the leadership team to align goals and patient experience.
