Job summary

Memorial Healthcare seeks a Patient Access Center Supervisor to lead day-to-day scheduling, pre-registration, financial services, and patient inquiries. You will act as SME, oversee operations, and drive performance for the Patient Access Center.

You will coach staff, monitor metrics, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with training to deliver a compassionate, efficient patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required
• Three (3) years’ customer service experience required
• Three (3) years of leadership/supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to deliver seamless, exceptional customer experience across touchpoints and channels.
• Participates in interview process for new hires and lead staff training.
• Oversees on-site and remote training in collaboration with training department.
