Responsibilities

• Uses call queues and transfer protocols to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Maintains familiarity with staff schedules to provide accurate information.
• Handles Rx refills voicemails per standard workflow.
• Assists with schedule changes and system upgrades without workflow disruption.
