Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients; verify information.
• Document all phone calls and interactions in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data.
• Collect and verify insurance information; assist with pre-certification.
• Assist patients with forms and billing needs; educate on financial assistance.
