Intermountain Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative at Memorial Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role focuses on greeting and checking in/out patients, verifying information, and supporting patient intake and care to deliver a superior experience.

The PSR ensures accurate data entry into the EMR, schedules appointments, assists with insurance coordination, and guides patients through billing needs. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients over the phone, in person or via secure messaging. Resolves patient needs related to patient intake and care.
• Documents all phone calls accurately and completely in the EMR.
• Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals, and/or consultations.
• Registers patients over the phone or in person by confirming and updating demographic data.
