Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree or progress towards degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies and inputs insurance, appointment, and patient information from back office or call center.
• Handles a wide range of appointment inquiries to minimize delays.
• May perform registration or clerical tasks depending on location.
• Acts as SME and handles medium to high complexity scheduling issues.
• Ensures department productivity standards are met or exceeded.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of computer systems, insurance regulations, and policies.
• May back-up Supervisor/Manager and assist with scheduling/workflow issues.
• Assists with training, mentoring, data collection, and reporting.
