Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and process a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments using centralized scheduling system and verify/update patient information.
• Provide necessary preparation and materials for scheduled visits and diagnostics.
• Triages calls for urgency and forwards messages to providers and staff.
• Respond to provider requests and maintain professional communications.
