Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator Infusion to manage scheduling and registration for multiple outpatient services, including infusion, across a busy cancer center in Florida. This onsite role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet, communicate, and interact with individuals from varying backgrounds in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Ability to set up, organize, and maintain record systems.
• Customer Service, multi-tasking, computer and typing skills, use various types of office automation equipment and software, and interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written.
• Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
• Possess strong critical thinking abilities such as problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services including Surgery, Blood and Bone Marrow, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, Research, and Infusion.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and accuracy.
• Complete required infusion training and meet production and quality requirements.
