Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator Infusion to manage scheduling and registration for outpatient services. You will support surgery, diagnostics, labs, infusion, and related services, interacting with diverse patients and health care teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires high school diploma and preferred associate’s degree, with training in infusion workflows, record-keeping, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services.
• Support services across Surgery, Blood and Bone Marrow, Integrated Clinical Services, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, Research, and Infusion.
• Interact with patients and healthcare team members with courtesy and effectiveness.
• Maintain and organize record systems with accuracy.
• Meet performance metrics and work collaboratively to cover all Patient Access functions.
