• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and registration across outpatient services.
• Collaborate with health care team to cross-cover Patient Access functions.
• Maintain accurate record systems and customer service standards.
