Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator Infusion to support outpatient services, infusion, and related areas. The role requires customer service skills, detailed scheduling, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.

The PASCI will work across Surgery, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, and Research to ensure accurate registration and smooth patient flow. Training in infusion is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with customer service and multi-tasking in a healthcare setting is ideal.
• Strong computer, typing, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule outpatient services including infusion and related areas.
• Register patients accurately and maintain orderly record systems.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to patients and care teams.
• Assist with problem solving and prioritization during busy periods.
