Job summary

CoxHealth’s West Campus in Springfield, MO seeks a Contact Center Specialist II to handle consumer inquiries, route calls to the right teams, and coordinate clinic scheduling. This on-site role supports patients in accessing care with a strong emphasis on empathy and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Day shift, 40 hours per week, on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer interactions to ensure high level of service.
• Answer inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate centralized scheduling services for clinics.
• Assist patients in accessing their provider(s).
