CoxHealth’s West Campus in Springfield, MO seeks a Contact Center Specialist II to manage consumer interactions, directing inquiries and supporting centralized scheduling for clinics. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience, with preference for healthcare or call center background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year customer service experience and/or competency completed in Contact Center Specialist I role for a minimum of 6 months or equivalent skills.
• Preferred: 2+ year customer service experience, healthcare experience, and/or call center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage interactions with consumers to ensure high level of customer service.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate department and centralized scheduling for clinics.
• Support centralized scheduling services for CoxHealth clinics to help patients access providers.
