Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in healthcare and/or high-volume call center preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and provide high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handles high-volume inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist callers.
• Provides empathetic, professional communication and triage as needed.
• Pre-registers patients and collects demographics and insurance information.
• Escalates concerns using defined processes and supports clinic scheduling.
