Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Documents patient demographics, medical and insurance information into systems.
• Answers calls, triages inquiries, and documents messages with professional courtesy.
• Provides information to patients regarding care pathways and scheduled services.
• Ensures medical records are available to care teams prior to appointments.
• Transcribes scheduling details accurately across multiple systems.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and privacy.
