Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers; support cross-trained responsibilities.
• Orient patients to the center and coordinate services; verify insurance coverage.
• Handle patient registration, pre-registration, and scheduling per center standards.
• Perform administrative duties: phone, appointments, insurance processes, photocopying, typing, faxing, and mail.
