Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. You will register patients, help coordinate scheduling, distribute patient materials, and communicate any delays or changes to ensure smooth clinic operations across Ankeny, West Des Moines, Waukee, Urbandale and Downtown locations.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused and capable of serving as a positive resource for both patients and staff while working standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and provide advanced patient services as a direct contact for scheduling and materials.
• Manage flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicate delays or changes.
• Serve as a resource to registration, scheduling and clinical staff.
