Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly at Union Community Care sites.
• Set the tone for a superb care experience.
• Provide superior telephone customer service for access or assistance.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably about access and services.
• Understand and apply Sliding Fee Discount Policy and Procedures; offer discounts to all patients.
• Monitor Solution Reach for appointment communications; cancel, schedule, and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with care teams for first call resolutions.
• Create patient cases when needed.
• Attend site meetings.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
