Union Community Care is seeking a Call Cloud Patient Access Specialist to join our Lancaster, PA sites. You will warmly welcome patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and apply the Sliding Fee Discount as appropriate to ensure access to care.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and HIPAA compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED required; administrative or medical assistant degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
