Job summary

You will perform general clerical and registration duties, enter patient data into the registration system, verify insurance coverage, and schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, communicate effectively, and be able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
• Experience with office equipment and multi-line phone systems is desirable.
