Job summary

UCI Health in Irvine, CA seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented Registration Clerk to be the first point of contact in ambulatory clinics. You will perform general clerical and reception duties, enter patient data, verify insurance, and schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, be comfortable using office equipment and a multi‑line phone system, and be able to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience using office equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner).
• Experience using a multi-line telephone system.
• Experience with computer data entry and retrieval.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
