Sanford Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle patient registration and scheduling across care settings. You will greet patients, verify demographics, and secure necessary signatures with professionalism.

This role supports front-end operations, coordinates referrals, collects payments, and collaborates with nursing staff to optimize patient flow. Day shifts, 32 hours per week, on site.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Post-secondary education helpful.
• One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential.
• May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients/residents and verify demographics to register and/or schedule.
• Create electronic files, collect payments, and route necessary forms and documents.
• Educate patients and secure signatures; handle registration workflows and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorization, and scheduling; assist with patient financial arrangements.
• Support registration and scheduling duties, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
