Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics to register or schedule.
• Create electronic files, collect payments, and manage paperwork.
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorization, and interpreter services.
• Handle recall and waitlist management and operate multi-line phones.
