Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admit and schedule patients, verify insurance, and provide financial counseling.
• Communicate changes to patients, staff, physicians and patient representatives in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain insurance benefits and patient liability clearly.
• Identify payroll authorization and referral requirements to patients.
• Maintain accurate workflow procedures to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Address safety hazards and escalate issues to ensure patient and staff safety.
