Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admit/schedule patients and verify insurance coverage.
• Provide financial counseling and explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Communicate scheduling changes to patients, staff, physicians and representatives.
• Identify payroll authorization and referral requirements for patients.
• Maintain high accuracy while improving workflow and reducing errors.
