Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact to all customers.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties for the department.
• Handles registration, scheduling, data entry and related tasks.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with physicians' offices.
• Answers calls, retrieves voicemails and directs information to appropriate staff.
• Orients patients to the department with directions and instructions.
• Presents appropriate patient workflow and supports imaging-related tasks when required.
