Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling and/or patient registration preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required; BCLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer calls, and direct information to the appropriate person.
• Schedule procedures, track no-shows, and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibility processes.
• Obtain authorizations from insurers and manage daily deposits/billing as applicable.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate with medical records and billing.
• Maintain office supplies and perform other duties as assigned.
