Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish (conversation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in EMR and assist with referrals and insurance verification.
• Answer inquiries related to primary care and specialty services; assist with wayfinding and MyChart support.
• Document telephone encounters and communicate feedback for follow-up or escalation.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with HIPAA policies.
• Assist customers in enrolling and increasing utilization of MyChart EPIC EMR.
