Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year in healthcare related field and knowledge of medical terminology, or experience in scheduling and/or registration in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, direct information to the appropriate staff.
• Answer calls, retrieve voicemails, and route to the right person.
• Perform patient registration, data entry, and scheduling for procedures.
• Collect co-pays and payments, process daily deposits and billing as applicable.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate chart dissemination.
