Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in healthcare or knowledge of medical terminology, or scheduling/registration experience.
• Preferred: 2 years in healthcare-related scheduling or registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls; direct information to the appropriate person.
• Perform registration, data entry, and scheduling for procedures.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate with physicians' offices as needed.
• Handle deposits and billing tasks and assist with chart maintenance.
