HonorHealth is seeking a patient services associate for the Primary Care-Gavilan Peak department in Anthem, AZ. The role involves acting as the first point of contact, handling registration, scheduling, and routine clerical duties to support department operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, directing inquiries, and ensuring accurate chart maintenance. Prior healthcare experience and a HS diploma are preferred; Fingerprint Clearance Card is required, with BCLS certification

Competenze

• Experience in healthcare settings or scheduling/registration is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Answering calls and greeting patients in a professional manner.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate with physicians' offices as needed.
• Process insurance authorizations, co-pays, and deposits as applicable.
