Qualifications

• Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPC) required or within seven working days after employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact to all customers and greets them professionally.
• Performs registration, scheduling and data-entry duties for department and maintains patient charts.
• Obtains insurance authorizations when applicable and collects co-pays and payments for procedures.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant chart processes and communicates with physicians' offices and billing.
